Written on verso: "Photo 11 G Photo in US Army Medical Museum, Washington. Model of 'Columbia Barracks, Havana, Havana, 1900'. Note that the barracks grounds extend across the railroad track. I believe this is the track still in existence and that just across the track was, not Camp Lazear, but the yellow fever tent hospital where those taken ill at Camp Lazear were taken"
